I love dancing because I think it is fun when I learn new moves from a song. When I was young I went for dance classes. I learned ballet and acro ballet moves. I learned how to do splits, somersaults, tripods and cartwheels. I have an Xbox which my brother and I will put just dance 2 and dance until we sweat so much.
Sometimes I dance at school in the gym for special occasions like spook a thons and, Christmas concerts. I also love dancing to African music. My dad loves to play music called bolingo and he always plays Awilo Longomba’s music. Me and him love to do some silly dances.
I remember when I was invited to a baby shower a few weeks ago, when the Twamsifueli group was dancing I also danced on the side copying them. Also at the baby shower i danced kwaito moves with my mom and Africanadian aunts. I was so happy when the DJ who was playing the music put one of my favourite songs “number one” by Diamond Platinumz. I was dancing the Ngololo moves and everyone was impressed by my dancing moves. My favourite Africanadian aunt (the person who made up this blog) was coping my dance moves. That was so much fun!
Do you enjoy dancing? Let’s all learn the Ngololo dance moves from the “MY NUMBER ONE” song.
