Do not eat junk foods or else you will get sick and you might die. Junk foods are not good for your size too, they make you fat. If you eat too much junk you cannot concentrate in school and you will not have energy to play with friends during recess. You will also not do what you are supposed to do. Junk foods have too much sugar, too much salt and too much oil. Examples of junk foods are fries, burgers, pizza, candies, chocolates and soda.

You can eat junk foods once in a while may be on Friday nights, birthday parties, Christmas parties or on Halloween day. You can have MacDonald’s on Fridays and that is the only day you can have junks.

Cakes are not healthy but you can eat them once in a while for desert or at parties. My mom bakes a healthy cornbread cake which I like it so much. I want to eat it every day because I think it has healthy grains.

Do not eat hot dogs or you can eat the hot dog buns because some they have whole grains from the food groups.

Instead of eating junks eat healthy foods like healthy cakes, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy products and meats and alternatives.

Did you know that ice-cream has milk on it? So it is a little bit healthy and a little bit junky because it has lots of sugar.

Did you know that beans and lentils are the alternatives to meat? I love the pumpkin lentils soup which mom makes. I love to eat it with chapatti.

All you watotos, please make sure that you eat healthy breakfast every day. Examples of healthy breakfast is like raisin bran cereal with milk, honey nut cheerios with milk or whole wheat bread with a little bit of Nutella or margarine. I also love scrambled eggs with lots onions which my dad cooks. I help him sometimes to crack and stir the eggs.

Stay healthy watotos and eat a little bit of junk.
