Grains are very important for you to eat every day. The main thing it’s used for is its carbohydrates or carbs for short. Carbohydrates gives energy. Athletes usually eat them before a tournament of some kind. Some grains are: bread, pasta, and baguettes.

Dairy Products!
Dairy products have some nutrients but the main one is calcium. Calcium builds up your bones. Some dairy products are: milk, yogurt, ice cream, and etc. When you were a baby you drank milk so your bones would get stronger and stronger.

Fruits and Veggies!
Fruits and veggies have so many nutrients it’s hard to name them all. Fruits and veggies are the most important to have. Some fruits and veggies are: strawberries, broccoli, leaks, plums, spinach, and etc.

Meat and Alternatives!
Meat and alternatives main nutrient is protein. Protein is very for you to eat because it helps to repair tissue in your body. Some meat products: chicken, beef, pork and more. Some alternatives are: nuts, nut butter, beans, eggs and more.
