You should not watch TV too much! Well, I am going to tell you why on this article. If you watch too much TV you will get a headache, you will gain lots of weight and the scary part is that your eyes will get googly. I do not think anyone would want to get there eyes googly. So if you do not want to get googly eyes please follow these tips.

  • play more,
  • dance more,
  • do your homework,
  • write an article for the blog,
  • watch TV on special days,
  • read books,
  • practice piano and other music instruments
  • take walks,
  • ride your bikes,
  • talk to your friends on the phone or in person,
  • water the plants in the house,
  • instead of staying home and watch TV go somewhere like to birthday parties and other parties,
  • eat more healthy foods,

and help your parents with the house chores.
