Who said kids don’t like healthy food? I am going to teach you how to make two healthy foods. They are my favourite healthy foods.

One of my favourite foods is Caesar salad. I love Caesar salad because there is cheese in it and I love cheese. But I have not tried all of the cheese in the world.

How to make Caesar salad:

  1. Get lettuce and wash them with cold water in your sink
  2. Cut the lettuce into pieces then dry the lettuce in a salad bowl
  3. Get bread crumbs and dump them into the salad bowl
  4. Mix the bread crumbs in with the salad
  5. Get bacon bits and dump them in the salad
  6. Mix the bacon bits with the salad bowl
  7. Take feta cheese and cut them in pieces
  8. Put the feta cheese in the salad bowl
  9. Finally put ranch salad dressing and mix everything together
  10. The salad is ready to eat. Enjoy!

My second favourite healthy food is a sandwich. I love sandwiches because they taste really really good in my opinion. They are also easy to make. There are so many different types of sandwiches. I am going to give you an example of one.

How to make a sandwich:

  1. Get two slices of whole wheat bread and put it on a plate
  2. Get margarine and put the margarine on the bread with a knife
  3. Put black forest ham on the bread then put mayo
  4. Get cheese and put the cheese over the ham. Put mayo on cheese
  5. Get lettuce then wash the lettuce and dry it with a paper towel
  6. Get cucumbers and cut them into four or five pieces
  7. Put the cucumbers on the lettuce then put mayo on the cucumbers
  8. Take the second slice and put it on the other slice of bread
  9. Cut the sandwich in half then you’re ready to eat.
