Hello! I am Danica. I am going to tell you about the importance of exercising. Exercise helps your muscles work better. People who don’t exercise are called couch potatoes. Without exercise people would be unfit.

Dancing is a good exercise for your muscles and joints. Next, even though some kids don’t like it, house work is good exercise because you are stretching your body. Soccer, basketball and hockey provide excellent exercise .You should stretch before you exercise. You need to exercise every day for at least 20 minutes.

To fuel up, eat breakfast. Never skip breakfast. When you’re taking a break from exercise, drink water. When you exercise you need to get enough sleep. Your muscles need oxygen to work well. When you are going somewhere close to your house like school you should walk. I exercise by playing soccer and jump roping. I hope you liked my writing and please don’t be a couch potato!
